At Stride Rite, we want to ensure every step your little one takes is a perfect fit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unworn merchandise within 45 days of the shipping date.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase.

  Print and Pack

  Select the items you wish to return, print the prepaid shipping label, and place the unworn shoes in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
